In this workshop we will have discuss and learn to perform harnessing your youthful energy and vitality with the breath and gentle "shapes" for the body based in yoga and Taoist philosophy to open your inner channels, the yin meridians, of the physical body. This subtle energy aids in “upward lifting” muscles of the pelvis and can in women: help holding pregnancies, getting pregnant, controlling orgasm, sensing after childbirth and for men: aiding in erectile endurance, create open hips, relieve low back pain. Through the stretches and breath work stagnant patterns of qui and energy can be shifted. Each session will include a handout of the stretches and explain which meridians are best to help align in both the physical and emotional body. The two sessions will include different shapes and breath work in each session.** $20 wear comfortable and breathable clothing pre-registration recommended as props minimize number of participants **(These are strictly body, breath alignment classes to free “energy” as most yoga asana classes are meant to, and no medical, psychological advice will or can be given to address more severe sexual psychological or physical dysfunctions)
